Mr. Waddell serves as President and CEO of Formare Technica, Ltd. Mr. Waddell is considered an expert on the emerging MasterFormat™ and integration of communication technology into the built environment. James has been a Building Industry Consultant for a Fortune 100 Global Telecommunication company and a Director for a Fortune 1000 Value Added Reseller. James holds numerous industry certifications including the RCDD. Mr. Waddell was a contributing member to the development panel for www.projcom.org a leading industry web portal and ProjCom Communicator a web based Project Management resource. James holds degrees in Electrical Engineering and Telecommunication Engineering. James Waddell is a recognized industry subject matter expert at the integration of communication technology into the newly built environment. Mr. Waddell has authored "The Business of Division 17" and has given numerous industry presentations about the subject matter. Mr. Waddell is a member of: National Systems Contractor Alliance, Construction Specification Institute where he serves as a Director for the Portland Chapter, Project Management Institute and Building Industry Consulting Service International where he sits on the Governmental Relations Committee.
