Director Corporate Marketing

Position Description:

This challenging position would be responsible for establishing and executing annual corporate marketing plans and integrating with other sector marketing plans, developing recommendations on market potentials, policies, programs and strategies (conduct market research), establishing and monitoring corporate marketing budget, assisting various sectors in using available marketing tools in seeking new business, developing and directing corporate wide message and communicating through various mediums such as Web page, advertising, press releases, etc. Other responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating proposals preparation, and supervising and developing marketing staff through mentoring, and coaching.

 
Qualifications:

BA or BS in Marketing 10 years previous marketing experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills 3 years previous experience in marketing management role.  Prior professional service experience preferred

Director Global Operations

POSITION FILLED
Position Description:

In this newly created senior leadership position reporting to the Executive VP Global Market Development, you will develop a worldwide service operation to successfully support operational growth for multiple markets and service offerings.

Your ability to increase markets and revenues has been demonstrated by using service to drive incremental revenue. You also have been successful in collaborating with project management to build field serviceable ISO 9000 engineering processes.

Evaluating and re-engineering technical applications to improve existing processes is a passion that has enabled you to effectively lead global technical support and service operations. 

You have developed a solid understanding of professional service management. In addition, you are expert in corporate process life cycle management and development/deployment of operational plans. Knowledge of international service requirements, including developing and emerging markets is a particular strength of yours.

 
Qualifications:

MBA or PhD in Marketing or Business. Minimum 10 years previous operational experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Minimum  20 years previous experience in executive management role. Extensive knowledge of ISO9000 process a must.  Extensive international travel required.

 

Office Manager

$55,000 to $70,000
Position Description:

Oversee all facilities planning/management, and the development, maintenance and communication of district office policies and procedures. In addition, this position will provide direct support to the Centralized Proposal Center in Chicago, IL and will oversee general financial reporting and special projects as needed. This position has frequent contact with all levels of Formare managers and employees and frequent contact with vendors and customers.

 
Qualifications:
bulletThe ideal candidate will preferably have a BA and a minimum of 5 years of administrative and project management experience. This includes facilities maintenance, Budget and Personnel Management, financial analysis, skills, general familiarity of telephone systems, Audio Visual Equipment and computer hardware.
bulletThe ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a high level of self-direction, and an ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities. In addition, they will have a strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
bulletThey will also have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Product Suite required; SAP preferred. Position requires occasional lifting over 45 lbs and approximately 10% travel. Proposal Writer

$20,000 - $40,000 per year
Position Description:

 Duties include: Prepare proposals and interview presentations, Write non-technical proposal sections, Foster teaming relationships with subconsultants, Draft marketing correspondence, Maintain marketing database information, Produce and place press releases, Participate in pertinent association conferences, luncheons, seminars, etc. Salary commensurate with experience. Qualifications:

General qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, English or equivalent experience. Preferred candidates will possess strong writing skills, an ability to manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

 

Senior Electrical Engineer

$70,000 - $95,000 per year

Position Description:

Position responsibilities will include consulting engineering specification, planning and design of small to large infrastructure projects. Must have experience in preparation and review of complete construction design drawings and specification packages for bid and construction. Candidate must have a working knowledge of the national electrical code, building code, design, specification writing, construction administration, and commissioning of electrical power distribution, lighting, telecommunications and data, fire and security, and other auxiliary systems. Candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and report writing skills for a broad audience base. Must be a strong leader with the ability to mentor, provide technical oversight, resource planning and solution development to a diverse group of engineers. Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications:

-Must possess B.S.E.E. P.E. required. M.S. candidates preferred.
-Minimum 15 years in consulting engineering, planning and design, with 5 years or more in supervisory role.
-Familiarity with Auto Desk CAD and Microsoft Office software.

 

Senior Mechanical Engineer

$70,000 - $95,000 per year

Position Description:

Mechanical Engineer to assist our expert team of engineers with Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) design and consulting. Candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and report writing skills for a broad audience base. Must be a strong leader with the ability to mentor, provide technical oversight, resource planning and solution development to a diverse group of engineers. Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues. 

Qualifications:

·Masters degree preferred in Mechanical Engineering
·Professional Engineer license (P.E.) required
·Preparation of MEP plans
·Experience with written reports and studies
·Knowledge of Microsoft Office

 

Senior Designer / Business Manager

$90,000 - $285,000 per year

Position Description:

Responsible for managing consultative engineers and consultants who are working with clients on selling services and complex communication solutions. It is vital that you have experience managing groups who are dealing with a large number of projects, customer interaction selling services, and a good project management understanding in order to guide your people in dealing in a Consulting role with the clients. Responsible for a developing a business plan in your area to deliver revenues, manage the business, P&L responsibilities and customer targets.

Qualifications:

-Strong verbal and written skills
-P&L and budget responsibilities
-MBA preferred coupled with prior technology degree OR related work experience.
-Ideal to have someone with professional sales / services experience
-Consulting background
-Sales / sales management background
-Must be comfortable doing stand-up presentations and negotiations with top executive levels
-Must have experience supporting the sales process / sales engineers...could be as a sales person or in the role of a consultant
-Must have experience in managing people - responsible for performance appraisals, hiring, firing, recruiting
-Supervisory experience of 6-15 people
-Managing groups heavily involved in numerous projects at a time.
-Managing projects or managing people managing projects
-Some level of formal education on project management and project management methodologies
-Certifications preferred 
-Knowledge and comfort discussing networks with top level executives
-Knowledge and comfort with current communications technologies (CISCO, 3COM, call centers, etc) with the comfort in helping to design solutions.
